Questions:
-Do you have any previous Commander experience on Star Wars RP? If so, what were/are they?:
Yes I do. I have a list that is associated under this:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uG7HO-bqUDARwW_moVORrECYGlKSErU5S9rpIra3JXI/edit?usp=sharing
-Outside of Star Wars RP, have you been in a Commander/Leadership position in other gamemodes, other games, or in real life?:
Yes I have. Here is another list:

Was a leader within my highschool after school activities that included marching band, choir, and theater.

Have been working in the U.S. Army the last 2 years with my very frequent taking senior-level positions to ensure mission success and accomplishment.

In other gamemodes, typically I'm a squad leader (Hell Let Loose and Squad).

Have been seen as a great asset from service members both in the U.S. Airforce and U.S. Navy
-Briefly describe your personality and attitude:
Very simply I'm going to get to the point of any discussion, extracting pertinent information. I'm not going to take bullshit and lackluster excuses that occasionally come with COs that are not cut out for authoritative positions. This is talking in the "work" domain. Outside I'm a shitbag that loves to shoot the shit and take a somber situation and create positivity for everyone around me.
-Why should you be accepted over any other applicant(s)?:
The main reasons I think I should be accepted are because of my real-life training/experiences in leadership along with my 5+ years of being a CO. I want to be able to help train and especially mentor new and upcoming leaders especially with me being able to pass on real-world knowledge to others. Subset to this, my personal goal is to become a real-life politician so I'm quite familiar with the bureaucratics that come with a position such as MCO (i.e. paperwork and procedure just to name a few).
-In your own words, what makes a good commander?:
A good commander is someone that is flexible, able to adapt to any situation that is thrown their way, but most importantly is understanding of the humans behind the screen. In reality, we're all here because we're massive Star Wars fans that want to have fun. Being able to walk that line is critical in making sure players enjoy their experience.
-Describe your commanding style:
It can be blunt and reality driven, but also will include humor that will make sure everyone is enjoying their experience.
-How would you run your battalion?: (I augmented this question to be how would you run the battalions).
For this it would very reliant upon the COs that are under me. It's their units and I want to be a supporting element that helps make sure that these BNs are functioning properly and are receiving the proper support from the players as well. I want to be that middleman that way COs don't have to complain to high staff and create issues that may or may not be resolved in a timely manner. Along with that if COs are not holding up their end of the bargain, which is essentially freedom of movement, the COs will be assisted with all my tools and assets to enable they maintain their position and learn especially.
-How would you rate yourself at working with others? 1-10, 10 being the best:
7-8 with the main thing being that is relies on the other people. If people come in with a shit attitude and are not willing to work together things will get rough.
-How active can you be on the server?:
It depends. I work 0600 to 1700 most weekdays and may randomly be tasked with events that extend beyond that timeline. With that said, I see the MCO as a supporting role that is able to communicate and engage which is something I'm more than capable to do since I have access to primarily free weekends and time during the day where I can communicate with others.
