If so, what were/are they?: I have 5-6 years experience commanding across Gmod Servers I've commanded most battalions more then 5 times each for the short answer to this question.[/b] [b]-Outside of Star Wars RP, have you been in a Commander/Leadership position in other gamemodes, other games, or in real life?: Yes, I was captain of my sports teams for all four years of HS and I've commanded on Halo RP's as well. -Briefly describe your personality and attitude: Blunt, straightforward. -Why should you be accepted over any other applicant(s)?:  Experience and need of a good CT Drill Instructor, and activity.  -In your own words, what makes a good commander?: A Good Commander should be able to masterfully use the logistics of his battalion he doesn't have to be the best field commander but he can be. his main goal is to train people for leadership and combat roles and putting them into the right spots. He should treat his battalion with respect and drill into them the same to respect the troopers around you and have a battalion that is fun and can be friends even out of server. -Describe your commanding style: Bruteforce, yet tactical. -How would you run your battalion?: I would Run it by training the CT's to go into other regiments to get them prepared for what they face CT is going to be a platform to stand on and get yourself ready and I am there to make sure and to instill in them the aspects of what it means to build a good battalion so the other CO's can expect good solid troopers going to their battalions -How would you rate yourself at working with others? 1-10, 10 being the best:  6.5 -How active can you be on the server?: 6 days a week mostly nights[/b]
