I like to help out those around me and try to take charge when it comes to helping out other players. Even if I am relaxed, I have no tolerance for people who are “less than desirable” so I can be very strict and take charge if the situation arises. If push comes to shove, then I am definitely not a pushover, but it never really comes to that. [b]-In your own words, what makes a good commander?: [/b] A good commander is someone who is a leader and not a boss. They get down in the dirt with their men and not just sit back and let the grunts do the work. They help those who need help and push those who fall behind. They are helpful and kind but also serious and not a pushover.  [b]-Describe your commanding style: [/b] I like to lead over being just a boss, I like leading from the front rather than just telling other what to do. I would be helping out the other jedi as much as possible, training and helping those to learn more about the Jedi. I would be hands on for teaching and training but generally leave them to their own devices, let them have freedom. [b]-How would you run your battalion: [/b] I would divide the jedi into different groups Sentinels, Consulars, and Guardians, then assign a jedi to "lead" each of these groups. That way everyone has their own leader they can report to that can report to me And with each group having its own specialization I don't have to train each jedi, they are free to choose whichever path they want. While using this more independent style of commanding I would still be very hands on, training Younglings and leading from the front as well as push every Jedi to be their best. [b]-How would you rate yourself at working with others? 1-10, 10 being the best: [/b] 9- I can work with just about everyone, the -1 is for those who get on everyone's nerves.[b]-How active can you be on the server?: [/b] Most weekdays after 5 I can be on because of work, and weekends.
