If so, what were/are they?: Ive been a commander and the XO for 501st on a star wars RP server [/b] [b]-Outside of Star Wars RP, have you been in a Commander/Leadership position in other game modes, other games, or in real life?: I was in charge of an arma 3 unit for 2 years  -Briefly describe your personality and attitude: friendly, calm, and strict   -Why should you be accepted over any other applicant(s)?: Because i have experience leading on other games (squad, arma 3, Gmod, and I'm a DM for a DnD game), and I'm very good at organizing everyone and everything when it comes to RP I'm very good at immersing myself into a RP situation -In your own words, what makes a good commander?: problem-solving and giving everyone the attention they need to operate, and spending time with individual regiment's/battalions, i am serious when i need to be but when there is nothing to do i roam around to ship to talk to people  -Describe your commanding style: Direct and flexible -How would you run your battalion?: Making sure the NCO's are prepared to lead and discipline the other's and have a training schedule so there is always something to do, also give them a list of passive RP that can be done around the ship when there is nothing to do. -How would you rate yourself at working with others? 1-10, 10 being the best:  8 -How active can you be on the server?: Daily 3/4 hours depending on the day i can do more[/b]

When he wants to achieve something he will be dedicated into to something he wants to achieve. Although you don’t have a lot experience in gmod swrp you non the less have experience leading a unit in arma. I also would prefer to have a strict lead as the admiral/navel lead as I have found them to have the most fun rp interactions. Also having someone strict means that if something goes wrong in their battalion they tend to know how to take care of it. (Also please frood if you see this put your ign where it asks for your ign.)
