[b]-Briefly describe your personality and attitude: [/b]I am Calm, Understanding. I am a good listener, I let everyone speak. I am Enthusiastic, Whenever there is something to do, a Tryout to be held, troopers to be trained. I am the opposite of Selfish, I let everyone have a chance in leading, even with outranking them. I think everyone should gather experience in leading, when becoming an NCO or Officer. Proving themselves to their Commanding Officer's is a good way of showing their dedication.  [b]-Why should you be accepted over any other applicant(s)?:[/b] I have a lot of experience, and know how to handle all kinds of situations. I am very good in my Lore in both Era's. Imperial and Clone Wars. I know what I'm doing and am prepared, whenever someone is minging or not taking it seriously I am the one that will solve the issue, Whenever someone needs to be thought a lesson, I will be there to teach it. I am very active, and i play over 8 hours a day on ANY server I join. I am European but can adjust my Time Range to a necessity if required. I won't complain if i need to work my way up to the Commander position due to me being new to this Community, giving someone a chance without knowing them could be a risk. Trainings and Tryouts will be hosting regularly, whether it's from me personally, or someone else in the Battalion, this will be insisted by me. I will advertise my Battalion to others, open it up to everyone that wishes to join, and be a good role model to others.  Promotions will be supervised, I won't allow people to skip cooldown, without asking permission from a Senior Officer or above. I will implement Order, enforce Law in the Shock Battalion.  [b]-In your own words, what makes a good commander?:  [/b]Someone that has Experience, Good Knowledge, Listens, Is Active, Is Mature, Is Dedicated, Hosts Trainings, Teaches, and is open to the Comments and Suggestions from others. Shock Wise: Enforcing the Law and Rules. [b]-Describe your commanding style:[/b] I Understand the struggle of other's so I listen, I let the other's speak freely, I let the other's have a moment and not be too strict on them making jokes and sharing their humor. But when needed I will step in and take the responsibilities needed. I will manage documents, but hand out permissions to help out to the trusted. I will enforce the Rules and Law very strictly. [b]-How would you run your battalion?: [/b]Ordered and Clean. We'll be well managed, and have good vibes only. I won't allow drama to take place in my Battalion, this will result into a Strike, PT or even a Discharge from the battalion. [b]-How would you rate yourself at working with others? 1-10, 10 being the best: [/b]8, Iam good with Communication, and Teamwork but if other's lack the skill i try to solve it afterwords. Being in conflict during a mission or a event wouldn't be the smartest if the conflict was to solved at the current time. I'd talk about it after, and try to solve it in the most Neutral and Calm way. [b]-How active can you be on the server?: [/b]Very, 6-8 Hours a day together with school, could be easily achievable. Even more during weekends. [b]-Extra Information: [/b]I get that little to no people know me here, and it is hard to give someone a position without knowing them. Wait until something is open then Apply. I don’t don’t you’d be a good CO the spots are filled currently.

Denied/Frozen as we already have Shock Commander and all Commander spots are filled. In the discord the #updates section will have a advertisement posted if a CO position opens
